- Career Training : Franchisees attend a two week training session at our corporate headquarters in Florida. After the initial training, we offer a one week in-the-field training in the franchisees market with a field trainer from corporate. After this one week training program, the franchisee is assigned a sales coach who is available daily to help with day to day sales challenges.
