Founder

Since October of 2000, Mr. Duke has been President and Chief Executive Officer of One Stop Smoke Shop, LLC, a tobacco and product supply store located in Ogden, Utah. Jim received his Bachelor Degree of Science in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Utah in 1986. From 1987 through March of 2000, he worked as a territory manager for Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company, in a territory covering roughly from Salt Lake City, Utah to St. George, Utah. With his industry related experience and customer service techniques, he has given us the upper hand over much of our competition.

Training & Support

By franchising with One Stop Smoke Shop, you receive the right to own and operate your business under the One Stop Smoke Shop brand using our proprietary system of operation. In addition you receive:

Comprehensive training and support.
Help with the selection of your store location.
Assistance in lease and other contract negotiations.
Assistance in marketing and planning your grand opening of your store.
The benefit of using our established supply sources, including negotiated prices that could not be attained by and individual smoke shop.
The use of our proprietary trade strategies.
On going research and development into new products and services for our customers.

In addition to your initial training and local opening assistance, you will receive ongoing operational support from your District Manager and other information bulletins. Your DM will consult with you and offer useful advice and counsel on such system elements as product quality, customer service, product information, advertising, promotion, and other business information.
